FLiPPER: Challenging category conventions for a stand-out, award winning agri product launch
Brief
To develop a launch campaign for FLiPPER, a new and highly effective biological insecticide from Bayer, with distinctiveness and stand-out.
Idea
FLiPPER knows friend from foe. FLiPPER has the power to recognise the pests from the beneficial species (pollinators and ladybirds).
Result
A stand-out integrated campaign with commissioned entomology drawings, launched with a front cover in Fruit Grower, full page print advertising, landing page and direct mail.
Our work on this campaign was acknowledged by The Drum Roses 2021 where we won two silver awards – one for the Illustration / Animation category and one in the B2B category
This was a real break from tradition for us and an original and highly creative campaign which achieved stand-out and distinctiveness in a category that has traditionally been dominated by generic advertising.
