Sue has worked as a brand strategist and leadership consultant for the past 20 years with clients spanning private and public sectors.
After completing her degree at Cambridge University, she joined Ogilvy working on integrated multi-media campaigns for Unilever Foods, Dove and Ford. Sue has worked with leading brands including BUPA, GlaxoSmithKline, General Mills, Dairy Crest, Selfridges, Harrods, The Body Shop, Currys and The Environment Agency.
In 2008 she trained as an organisational coach at Ashridge Hult Business School and has in-depth expertise in vision, values and purpose, cultural change and leadership development including being an accredited practitioner of MBTI Step 1.
