Elise has over 20 years’ experience in HR in technology and creative industries. A chartered member of the CIPD, Elise has a degree in psychology and law and particularly enjoys the size and variety of roles at KISS, meaning she has a hand in both strategic and operational HR for the KISS team.
Elise established her career at well-known Cambridge technology companies. She spent 10 years forming and heading up the HR team of a BAFTA award-winning game developer before leading HR at an automotive technology company.
