Promotion for Barrie Calver

Barrie Calver has been promoted to Senior Web Developer. Barrie first joined our team in 2009, working initially as a freelance web developer. His first class web front end skills coupled with his strategic approach to web development makes him a perfect fit for our Digital team. He has a broad portfolio of web design experience including Greene King, Hotel Chocolat, Audi, Cambridge University, Fitz William, ThoughtWorks, Tattersalls and Shadwell Estates Ltd

We are delighted to announce Barrie Calverhas been promoted to the position of Senior Web Developer. Barrie first joined the team in 2009, working initially as a freelance web developer. His first class web front end skills coupled with his strategic approach to web development makes him a perfect fit for our Digital team. Barrie has a broad portfolio of web design experience including Greene King, Hotel Chocolat, Audi, Cambridge University, Fitz William, ThoughtWorks, Tattersalls and Shadwell Estates Ltd.

Commenting on his promotion, Barrie said: “Over the last couple of years I’ve watched with interest as KISS has grown and established and differentiated itself from all the other regional agencies. KISS has a great team – a brilliant mix of thinkers and doers who all love what they do. Being part of that energy on a permanent basis was an easy choice.”

Barrie graduated from Anglia Ruskin School of Arts & Letters, Cambridge, with a 1st class honours in Graphic Design. He then went on to establish himself as a designer and art worker within a variety of advertising agencies. It was his passion for typography, design and creativity, coupled with his inquisitive mind that led him naturally to a move into web design and development.
